Auction & Tender Rules

• Auctions and tenders on Petroup are sealed-bid: each participant sees only their own bid, and the organizer cannot see bids until the deadline.
• In auctions the highest bid ranks first, in tenders the lowest; the organizer selects the winner.
• Participants may edit or withdraw their bid until the deadline.
• After a winner is selected, contact details are shown only to the organizer and the winner.
• Administrators may suspend, extend or cancel an item if there is a problem, and the parties are notified.
• The hosting fee is charged on creation; taking part in an auction or tender requires registration.
