Using Petroup means you accept the following terms.

1. Role of Petroup

Petroup is a listing and introduction platform and is not a party to any sale contract. Accuracy of listings, product quality, delivery and settlement are the responsibility of the trading parties.

2. Accounts

Registration data must be accurate and users are responsible for keeping their password safe. Viewing ordinary listings and their contact details does not require registration; posting listings, submitting RFQs, joining auctions/tenders and in-site messaging require an account.

3. Permitted content

Prohibited or illegal goods, false information, misleading pricing and unrelated advertising are not allowed. Petroup may edit, suspend or remove violating content without prior notice.

4. Payments

Fees for listing packs, featured listings, subscriptions and auction/tender hosting are collected through the online payment gateway. Delivered services are non-refundable except in case of a system error.

5. Changes

Petroup may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the new version.
